Fall Kicking In

Well, autumn is almost over now but with my blog up to around the time it was only just beginning in my game, let’s start with a picture of Mathilda’s house among the red roses and new Autumn grass I loved the quaint touch the acorns added at the start of the Acorn Festival.

Aaand… I have some awesome news to finally share with you x3

Pierce who left my town waaay back in February,
who turned up in Kammile‘s town Starcity five months later,
who spent a short séjour in Jemma‘s town USA,
who wound up in Amy‘s Redbank,
whom she then moved to her main town Dafdilly,
and who finally, after meticulous planning and preparation on Amy’s part, came back to Bundeena!

Well, Pierce had this to say:

Onto other news now:

It was Flea Market Day. I wandered into Lily’s home and found my own actual tuxedo, which I had worn for… 1 year and 11 months before Lily bought it off me while I was trying out my newly acquired Grape shirt from Amy/Twisk. I thought it would be nostalgic to get it back… but Lily wouldn’t give it to me!

Oh well, I’m sure I have another one lying around somewhere…

Sigh… The autumn of hard-to-find fossils has arrived.

Hmph.

Another lovely spot I thought was enhanced by the change of grass colour.

Well, that’s rather depressing… This is all the good acorns I find on the first day of the Acorn Festival. I was expecting it though. Nearly all my trees have flowers or clovers next to them and I was even too lazy to manage them in preparation for the festival

This is the day I discovered the clackercart could clacker! xP

Well, actually I got a book on ACWW recently (a Japanese book!) and there was a page of interactive items, among which the clackercart was pictured! But then of course when I pressed A on the item in-game nothing happened, like usual. Then I tried grabbing it and pushing, and it clackered! xD

The book is awesome, by the way. (An CWW book! It’s like you can enjoy the game without playing it! xP) I hope I can make a post about it some time. The catalogue is amazing.

Well, that’s my first time TT-ing because of forgetting to play on the 3rd day. I thought: Finally, a chance to see if flowers can go 3 days without dying instead of 2. But… I chickened out when I remembered I could change the time.
I’ve only needed to do this twice so far though

I tidied up a bit outside Pierce’s house Since the “Tortimer scandal spot” is to the right, and a patch of pink/white/red flowers are further up, I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to remove the yellow flowers from here and keep a red/white scheme. Yellow might have suited the beach house feel better though… but I like red

And where do all the yellow flowers go…?

Pierce sang me a town tune! The first few notes came down the scale, and I can’t really describe the rest xP

I thought this was interesting…
Mathilda’s house was surrounded by red flowers before. Well, I forgot to water them and obviously lost a few, which Mathilda replaced. If Mathilda was playing gardener enough to replace surrounding empty squares with flowers, why couldn’t she just water them when they were wilted?

Or am I mistaken and gardening townies never actually water wilted flowers, only replacing them?

Gee… thanks.

Yesss. Why am I standing here? Because I just shot at a UFO from this spot in the last split second before it was too late. I made the decision to run through the flowers this time because I haven’t seen this guy in ages >_< Luckily I didn’t kill any hybrids.

A Maoi statue! But I already have one, from the treasure hunt during the WiFi party in Dafdilly, which I’ve displayed in my courtyard, so this one… will stay in my pocket until I decide what to do with it Anyone need it for their catalogue?

I just noticed both Gulliver’s eyes can be seen from the back of his head. That’s kind of spooky

I bet hardly any of us get to see our own houses with the lights off after the last expansion. There’s just so many rooms and lights, you don’t bother xP
